How quickly can you attend for a fault finding job?
We aim to attend same day where possible across the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle area. Give Jack a call and we will let you know our availability straight away.
My circuit keeps tripping. Is that an emergency?
A circuit that trips occasionally is not usually an emergency but one that trips repeatedly or will not reset at all should be looked at promptly. If you smell burning or notice any discolouration around power points or the switchboard call us immediately.
Will I be charged if the fault is something simple?
We will always tell you what we found and what the repair involves before we proceed. If the fix is simple we will complete it on the spot and charge accordingly. There are no surprise fees.
Can you find faults in outdoor or underground wiring?
Yes. We carry equipment to locate faults in outdoor wiring, garden lighting circuits and in some cases underground cabling. Give us a call and describe the issue and we will let you know if we can assist.
