Do you charge extra for after-hours callouts?
After-hours and weekend rates do apply. We'll always tell you the rate before we come out so there are no surprises.
What should I do while waiting for the electrician?
Stay away from any sparking or burning areas. If you smell burning or see smoke, leave the property and call 000. Turn off your main switch at the switchboard if it is safe to do so.
